Welcome to my journey

Do you ever feel like juggling too many balls? Well, me too.

A little introduction

Hi đź‘‹

My name is Delphine, a 22-year old working a full-time job, running a side business and learning to code.

You might think I have a lot on my plate, but actually, the last two feel like my hobby. People around me would state I’m a workaholic, but that’s not how I see it.

My full-time job

I work a 9-5 in a large firm doing mostly technical as well as functional tasks. I can’t disclose too much, as this won’t be the main topic of my posts.

My side-business

My side-business is my proudest achievement this far. I started this as a student and went on while working full-time. DELO studios, the company I started, offers digital solutions for small to medium sized companies. I mainly built websites or webshops. As I am a creative myself, I also offer logo, branding and custom illustrations.

In short, *The all-in-one shop for digital problems”. Have a look on my site: delostudios.com

This is where I spent the majority of my time.

Coding journey

As I feel like missing a crucial skill in this world, I started learning how to code. I spent hours doing Udemy courses, watching YouTube videos, but they weren’t fulfilling.

Recently, I purchased the CodeFa.st course from Marc, teaching me how to code like an entrepreneur. Seems like heaven, right? Well, as I am progressing through the course, I feel like actually learning something.

Why this newsletter?

I wanted a space to share the chaos and joy of this journey: the late-night coding wins, the small business challenges, and the lessons I’m learning along the way.

Every week I will share;

  • My routine (week-in-the-life)

  • My learnings in coding

  • Behind the scenes of my side-business

  • Little tips & tricks how to balance everything
